Welcome to Maison Group LLC. By using our website or services, you agree to the following Terms.
1. Services
We provide web development, graphic design, and digital services as agreed in project proposals. All services are provided on a best-effort basis, not as guaranteed outcomes.
2. Project Scope
Scope is strictly limited to what is defined in the proposal.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.
Verbal or informal requests do not modify scope unless confirmed in writing.
3. Payments
A non-refundable upfront deposit (30%) is required before work begins.
Full payment must be made before final files, website launch, or transfer of assets.
We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for unpaid invoices.
Late payments may incur penalties or service suspension.
4. Revisions & Changes
Limited revisions are included as per agreement.
Additional revisions or major changes will be billed separately.
Change requests may affect timelines and pricing.
5. Delivery & Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by clients, third parties, or unforeseen issues.
6. Ownership & Rights
All work remains our property until full payment is received.
After full payment, the client receives rights to final deliverables only.
We retain the right to display work in our portfolio.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate content and materials
Ensure they have rights to all provided content
Respond in a timely manner
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect client-provided content.
8. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools, plugins, hosting, or assets. We are not liable for:
Third-party failures or downtime
Licensing issues
Future updates or compatibility
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business
We are not responsible for security breaches, hacks, or downtime
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
The client is abusive, uncooperative, or violates terms
Payments are not made on time
No refunds will be issued for completed work.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
